Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (please provide the tracking number). Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the purchase price. All returns must be registered with our customer service.

If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team. All claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Without proof of damage from a member of our customer service team, we cannot issue a refund, credit, or replacement.

Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the product to us and then placing a new order for the correct product.
For defective products:
If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or otherwise faulty, the return is free of charge.
If I want to return an item:
If the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want it, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost and the return label. The return cost will be paid by us if the received item is not as described or defective.
How quickly will I be refunded after the return?
Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
