How long does delivery take?
Our shipping times typically range between 4 and 11 business days, consisting of two parts:

Processing time: 1-3 business days (order confirmation, adjustments, quality control, packaging)

Shipping time: 3-8 business days (this depends on the delivery location; the time includes the period from our international shipping center to your door)
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. We use Royal Mail Shipping for the orders to the United Kingdom.
How much are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for all orders.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order on our tracking page. You will receive the link via email: info@celeste-boutique.com , after you have placed your order.
Defective product?
How annoying! Unfortunately, your product may be damaged during transport. The first time, we will always send a new package free of charge and we cannot offer a refund. If it arrives defective for the second time, we will refund you the full purchase price.
Lost package?
If a package is lost or not delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.
Delivery outside your home or at the post office:
If a package is delivered to your door or left at the post office, Celeste Boutique covers the cost of delivery. If the package is not accepted or picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we are entitled to withhold 25% of the amount you will be refunded.
